Interesting that this is a topic on the forum.  Are there many diabetics among us?

ummm... Quite a few guys in Galliano have been fighting some close battles to keep a medical due to the condition.

It would be interesting to know what they are doing to manage their blood sugar, therefore the thread.

And who knows... with all the ice cream at GNO on sunday, I might need some advice on the subject in the near future.

Stress can cause spikes in blood sugar.  Not knowing about layoffs, contract renewal, base closings, etc can all lead to stress.
Stress can be dealt with in different ways.  If eating or drinking certain things is a stress reliever, it may also cause blood sugar to spike.
Either way, we're doomed.
